Our pieces are made by hand in small batches. Variations in form, glaze, tone, and surface detail are natural characteristics of the making process and part of the individuality of each piece.

Orders & Availability

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Some works may be produced in limited quantities or as one-of-one pieces and may become unavailable without notice.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.

Shipping & Delivery

Estimated processing and shipping timelines are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control.

Final Sale

All sales are final.

Please review descriptions, dimensions, imagery, and care information carefully before purchasing. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Damage in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within five (5) days of delivery and include your order number along with photographs of the packaging and item.

Approved claims may be resolved by replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Care & Use

Ceramics should be handled with care. Unless otherwise stated, products should be treated as delicate handmade objects.

Intellectual Property

All website content, imagery, text, branding, and designs are the property of Dani Sujin Studio and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dani Sujin Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products.
